Mermaids don't exist

Sirens don't exist

Mermaids will try to drown sailors

If you show someone your tail you will lose it

If you show someone your powers you will lose them

Mermaids automatically have magickal powers

Your tail appears every time you have contact with water

You must own a locket which possesses your mermaid powers inside it

Mermaids speak Mermish (they actually communicate telepathically, or using echolocation)

Deep sea mermaids are evil and vicious

Eating fish is cannibalism

The Princess' do not exist
